Apex Paving location proved to be a very challenging spay/neuter clinic site, albeit the owner was gracious with good intentions and very helpful in setting up.
The immediate animals in the vicinity were fixed, but the community was not responsive or cooperative and thus the BAARK! team took action to find a more conducive environment for the Cowpen Road project.
